* Facilitate the development and completion of proposals by gathering technical, commercial, financial information from a wide range of sources and from all corners of the business, in structured manner.
* Engagement with customers and prospects pre and post tender where required

* Review and maintain the tender automation package
* Pro actively manage the requirements of customers.
* Co-ordinate and produce relevant internal reporting information and statistics
* Maintain professional relationships whilst working to rigid deadlines.

* Track the Key Performance Indicators and success factors within the bid
